The Kaleido M10 Sniper Pro is the largest-capacity roaster in the Kaleido lineup, built for professional roasters, micro-roasteries, and small cafés seeking full control over every aspect of the roast. With a batch capacity of 300g to 1200g, the M10 delivers commercial-grade roasting performance in a compact and user-friendly format.
Equipped with a carbon fiber infrared direct-fire heating system, real-time data feedback, and compatibility with Artisan roast profiling software, this roaster gives you the tools to create, refine, and repeat perfect roast profiles—every time.
Professional Control Meets Flexible Design
The M10 Pro model integrates seamlessly with the Artisan Scope System, giving you access to real-time monitoring and control via your PC or Windows tablet. You can view roast curves, Rate of Rise (RoR), and environmental/bean temperatures, all while adjusting heat, fan speed, and drum speed in real time.
Note: The Pro model does not include a built-in tablet. You will need to supply your own device to run Artisan software.

Electrical Requirements
The M6 and M10 Kaleido Coffee Roasters must be connected to a dedicated circuit with no other appliances on the same line. For 110V operation, a 20-amp (20A) rated outlet is required with a recommended minimum 2-pole (2P), 20A circuit breaker. For 220V operation, the recommended minimum circuit breaker is 2-pole (2P), 20A. For safe and optimal performance, we strongly recommend consulting a licensed electrician to verify that your electrical setup meets these requirements. Using an improper circuit or outlet may lead to electrical overload, equipment damage, or safety risks. Proper installation and compliance with these requirements are the responsibility of the user, and safety should always be the top priority.
